Limited Agency
In entering into this booking, you are acting as a limited agent of Thomas Cook Canada Inc. for the limited purpose of selling, on our behalf, our products and services to the specified passenger(s) in accordance with our policies and the terms and conditions of our products and services. As our limited agent, you are not authorized to make any representations or other statements on our behalf [unless we have previously authorized you to do so specifically], and you are not authorized to enter into on our behalf any other contracts or arrangements with the specified passenger(s) or otherwise. Any fees, commissions or overrides retained by you from any payments received by you from the passenger(s) will be deemed to have been paid to you by Thomas Cook Canada Inc.

Payments
Please be aware that you are entering into a binding agreement with Thomas Cook Canada Inc. and are assuming all responsibility for this booking. When any form of payment (credit card number, cheque or WRA) is applied to the booking, regardless of whether or not the transaction is signed, it is considered a guaranteed booking. With respect to e-Invoices, as technical issues may occur from time to time, the tour operator system will always be considered to hold the correct balance.

Cancellations
If a passenger chooses to cancel a booking, we must be notified immediately. Cancellation charges will depend on the date at when such notice is received. Please record the name of the Thomas Cook Canada Inc. employee receiving your cancellation as well as the cancellation number, this will be the only cancellation record retained. Payment of cancellation penalties will be your responsibility. Cancellation Charges can be found in our current brochure under Terms & Conditions.

Documentation
All documentation and identification requirements may vary depending on citizenship status. Please be advised that all airlines require government issued photo identification upon check in (i.e. passports and/or visa may be required). Special documentation may be required for minors traveling alone or children with a different surname than the traveling companions or single parents traveling with children.

If the passenger does not possess the required documentation by the chosen destination or by the airline, the airline reserves the right to refuse the passenger. It is the responsibility of the travel agent to advise their customers of the documentation requirements. If the passenger is unsure about the documentation required to travel, they may contact Sunquest directly.

Sunquest/Alba Tickets
Tickets and vouchers will be available three weeks prior to flight departure after full payment has been received. All tickets and vouchers are produced in edocument format. Bookings made within 72 hours prior to flight departure are considered last minute bookings, therefore edocuments will be sent to the airport for pick-up. Edocuments must be presented at check-in for departure flight, return flight, and for other purchased services such as hotel accommodation, car rental etc.

Flight Times
All flight times are tentative and are subject to change. It is the passenger's responsibility to check with the airline prior to leaving for the airport.

It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions detailed on the back page of our current brochures. Please read our policies regarding tour operator responsibilities, changes, cancellations, final payment date, refunds, baggage allowance and travel insurance.
